Shipping information

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches or peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

Standard delivery to the United States is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

Some orders may arrive in more than one package so that available items can reach you sooner. When this happens, you will receive separate tracking information as it becomes available.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to display its first carrier update.

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has entered processing, an address change may not be possible.
