Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address or make changes to the order.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If the tracking status shows that a package has been delivered, Shelynn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
In such cases, customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance and resolution.
